- In large saucepot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown chicken. Remove chicken and set aside. In same saucepot, cook onion, red pepper, garlic and salt, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple, rice, water, Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor and Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes. Return chicken to saucepan, then stir in shrimp. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and shrimp turn pink. Stir in hot pepper sauce. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
