- 150 grams snow peas
- 1/4 red cabbage (around 200g, shredded)
- 150 grams mixed radishes (topped, tailed and thinly sliced)
- 1 cup edamame beans (defrosted)
- 1 avocado (cut into wedges at the last minute)
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1 cm ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. white miso
- 2 Tbsp. rapeseed oil
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown rice syrup (or maple)
