Honestly I would use this as a base, to build your own recipe off of. Luckily I read through the comments before I started making it. I decided to add white wine, paprika, chili powder, more salt, and I cooked the rice separately and threw it in when I added the wine. I also topped it off with a little more olive oil to make it less dry. Not a half bad recipe. I didn't use boil-in-a-bag rice, I used regular long grain white rice.
