The flavor of these is GREAT! However, to get a knife sharp enough to slice through the rice paper is difficult (and I have really good knives), I ended up simply breaking them in half, then into quarters. My oven took 10 minutes to get the right browning. The end result is a bit chewy, but awesome flavor.
