- 500 mL water
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3/4 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (add more if you want a darker rice color)
