- 14oz package of Kielbasa sausage (package of Kielbasa)
- 1 lb. cubed ham (package of)
- 1 lb. chicken thighs (cooked)
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp (optional)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 dash Creole seasoning
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups long-grain white rice (uncooked)

Directions
- Lightly sprinkle creole seasoning on the chicken and bake until cooked following the instructions on the package
- Dice the celery, green pepper, onion, tomato, and garlic
- Saute this mixture while blending with all remaining seasoning and the hot sauce until the onions start to caramelize
