    Good but I subbed the scallions for onion powder and added green beans and corn to the rice mixture. And instead of olive oil I used coconut butter!

    This idea/concept is a wonderful idea. I love this recipe. I make it all the time now. My recommendation, though this could be attributed a personal taste thing is to cut the vinegar quantity. Adding some black beans or lentils works with this too. YUM!

    This recipe was great! It was so easy to make-the most difficult part was throwing the rice in the rice cooker aka not bad at all. Also turned out to be really tasty-can't beat the fried egg in rice bowl combo.

    This was delicious and so easy! I made one serving with less rice to lower the carbs. It was very filling!

    used leftover sushi rice, added miso-butter spinach! SO AMAZING & simple! fried rice in garlic, onion & coconut/sesame oil
