- 1 tsp. chipotle peppers in adobo (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups radicchio (sliced thinly)
- 1 cup fennel bulb (sliced thinly)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (homemade or good-quality, store-bought, recipe follows)
