Turned out great. I had a larger roast so i added some time and it was a bit over but still very tender and tasty

Made a much larger roast from it and the timing is the same absolutely delicious

Delicious! Perfectly done and the rub was the perfect seasoning. The timing and oven temps made it easy to make.
