We’ve made Rose Petal Jam for the last two summer seasons with the petals from our Rugosa hedge, while looking online this recipe popped up and since we are just bringing in rhubarb from the garden we decided to give it a go...DELICIOUS! Made as written and it’s perfect, no pectin or rose water required. Thank you, for sharing.
