- 1 1/2 lb. pork belly (or part of your choice, washed, drained, and cubed in 2-inch pieces)
- pink salt (to rub the meat)
- green pepper (Pink and, crushed, to rub the meat)
- 4 rhubarb stalks (cut, about 300 gr)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 hot pepper (medium red, seeded and cut in half)
- 1 piece ginger (grated, 1 - 1,5 tablespoons of grated)
- 1 lb. potatoes (mini, I got mixed - white, red and purple, unpeeled)
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (mini, peeled)
- 4 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- pink salt (green and pink salt, to taste)
- herbs (Fresh rosemary, thyme, purple sage or other herbs of your choice, chopped)
- arugula (or salads of your choice)
- fresh cilantro (or other herbs of your choice)
- pepper (Chilly, seeded and sliced)
- lime
