Lovely tart. Rhubarb cooked to succulent pieces. I only made one adjustment of using 3 tbps crystallized ginger instead of the directed 2 tbps. Turned out with a bit more complex of a flavour because of it. Also substituted 2 tsps. Triple sec to replace the zest of 1 orange that I did not have on hand. Have been requested by family to make this again.
