We were rather disappointed. First, I did add some raspberries along with the rhubarb but they seemed to overpower the rhubarb so that we could barely taste the rhubarb. I also cut down the sugar as we like rhubarb on the tart side. Secondly, I thought that with the crisp on the top and bottom, it might be easier to get out of the dish but it was more difficult. Also, it was way too much crisp for our liking. If I make it again, I'll omit the bottom crisp. I used the same plate as you did and got 6-8 servings.
