- oatmeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (I usually take oats which need 4-5 minutes cooking)
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. sweetener (sugar, maple syrup etc, optional)
- compote
- 2 rhubarb stalks (cut in 2-3-inch pieces)
- 1 tsp. orange blossom water (or rose water)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (golden)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pistachios (to garnish, optional)
