This was so good! I made it twice, both with actual corned beef, not deli meat, so it turned out a bit heavier than I would’ve liked. Next time I’ll use deli style corned beef or even turkey for a “Rachel”-style version. I also added shredded carrot to the cabbage. This is comfort food and made me happy!
