- 10 cloves garlic (peeled, and lightly smashed, if desired)
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 sprig fresh dill (I ended up using about a loose cup, unchopped, stems attached)
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. coriander seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. pink peppercorns (or black, or a mixture of both)
- vegetables (Desired, I used all cucumbers, but you could also pickle young spring carrots, scallions, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, hot chilies, etc.)

Fab, certainly worth making I used cucumbers, runner beans, cherry tomatoes and small red onions.
