Directions
- Combine 6oz of veggies total (I do about 5oz cucumber, 1oz chives/cilantro), 6oz fruit and 2oz feta in a container.
- Mix 0.5oz olive oil with a dash of salt and bigger dash of pepper, and a hearty squirt of lemon juice.
- Pour oil mix over the fruit/veggie/cheese. Stir it up. Let it sit for at least a few hours, and preferably overnight. The longer it sits the better!
