- 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli (cuts, thawed)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 oz. feta cheese crumbles (reduced-fat)

Directions
- In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook, turning frequently, until browned, cooked through and a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the links reads 165° F.
- Remove sausages and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
