- 2 cups Hodo Soy Tea Infused Tofu
- 2 cups red rice (cooked)
- 2 cups red cabbage (diced)
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 cup blood orange (chopped into 1/2" pieces)
- 2 tsp. blood orange zest
- 1/3 cup blood orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups farro (cooked and cooled)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch chili flakes

Directions
- Cook the rice:
- Combine 2 cups of water and 1 cup of dry red rice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer. Cook until rice is fluffy, about 40 minutes.
- Chop all vegetable and tofu.
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
