- 1/2 cup stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 1 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sweet potato (baked white, or Japanese yam or purple sweet potato)
- 3/4 cup egg whites (6 large)
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini (or almond or cashew butter)
- 2 Tbsp. beet juice (or red food coloring)
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar (or white distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
