- 1/2 tsp. food coloring (Wilton burgundy)
- 1 tsp. white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup hot coffee
- 2 shots espresso
- 16 oz. cream cheese (packs, softened)
- 1/4 cup cream (or milk, you may need to add a few teaspoons more for softer frosting if you like)
- 4 oz. butter (softened)
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 seeds
- 2 cups powdered sugar
