Great. Had to make 2 lots last christmas and look like doing the same this year

This is my second year baking these, and they turned out delicious again. They are so moist and the perfect density. I used buttermilk. They took 14 minutes to bake perfectly in my oven per batch. I made the dough the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator all night before shaping them the next morning, and used a 1 ounce scoop to portion them. I only had 3 tsp red food coloring available in my kitchen but I think the color still looks nice!

This was easy to make and delicious! I didn't have white chips so I used milk chocolate and still "yummy".
