Made it Thanksgiving & it was requested on Christmas! Everyone raved about how “yummy” it was. I didn’t crumble the cake & put it on icing & it still was beautiful!

Incredible. It was my first time making cake so I was pretty nervous but it was super easy and it came out really good.

Excellent! I was a bit nervous to make a cheesecake, but I followed the directions as written and turned out great. Made this for a friend's birthday and everyone loved it. Thanks Mel for an easy to follow and scrumptious recipe.

So I decided to bake my own birthday cake this year. I love Cheesecake and Red Velvet Cake....so I knew This Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake would be amazing to try. Only thing different I did, Was I didn't cut the red velvet layers. I didn't want to deal with that type of mess or the risk of the cake crumbs dying out on the sides. So I had two red velvet layers and the Cheesecake layer for the middle. I also added pecans inside the cream cheese icing and I iced the entire cake with it. It turned out to be the best birthday cake ever! Will be keeping this recipe to use when I'm in the mood again for this amazing combination of goodness!

Awesome recipe! The cake was sooooo moist and the cheesecake was so good. I had a little issue with assembling the cake. When I cut the cake layers won't stay together but the flavor was soooo good. I'm definitely going to make again.

Made for Valentine's Day last year. It has been been a traditional staple since. It was a very yummly recipe.
