- 12 oz. sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 7 oz. shrimp (frozen king)

- 1 cup mangos (cubed)
- 4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Sooo delicious! I cheated and used oyster sauce not fish sauce because I don't like fish sauce and it was to die for!
