  • 150 grams sun dried tomatoes (whole)
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely diced)
  • 90 grams pine nuts (finely diced)
  • 150 milliliters olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • paprika (optional)

    Directions

    1. Boil the pasta according to package directions.
    2. Put the tomatoes in a little water and simmer for 20 minutes until they are rehydrated. Drain and finely dice.
    3. Mix the diced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and pine nuts together well, and add olive oil little by little until you have reached the consistency of a sauce.
    4. Salt and pepper to taste.
