- 2 red peppers (capsicums, deseeded and diced)
- 1/2 red pesto (recipe, recipe above, you may also be able to find it in your local grocery store)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (~14 ounces can)
- 150 grams pasta shapes (~5-6 ounces dried)
- romano cheese (for serving.)
