- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- cilantro (to garnish, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric (Haldi powder)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder (Mirchi powder adjust to taste, I used mild Kashmiri red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
