It was a good soup. Did not add potato used carrots and red/yellow peppers. Like the idea of adding a zucchini!

Quite tasty. I will cut down of the tomatoes next time. I did add a carrot. Prep time was longer than estimated -a fair amount of chopping--and I even had a helping partner.

Very good flavor and not too strong tasting cooks really quickly added chopped carrots with the potatoes and served with rice.

Great! Love this soup. I could use a little more flavor. More of a blander soup but that makes the fam happier.

Added some carrots and used some chicken broth. I didn’t have any ginger or tumeric but still turned out yummy. Ate it with some whole wheat naan.

I used chicken broth and celery salt with more seasoning as I didn’t have turmeric. Then I put my immersion blender in the pot and blended the whole batch. Easy and yummy.

I left out tomatoes, ginger and potato. Used a lot more celery and a zuchini.
