Fast easy and healthy 😁 It was good. I think if I want more flavor next time I’d add a curry paste in the beginning when building the flavors. I only used 2 cups broth and added a can of coconut milk to make it more creamy. I also added half a sweet onion at the beginning along with half of the recipes scallion whites. Will make again!

This was really good. I did make some changes. I used yellow onion instead of scallions. I also upped the amount of all the spices to make it a bit warmer and more flavorable. We were out of russet potatoes so I used golden and it worked perfect. I also added a can of chickpeas for some more texture and it was delicious!! 🥰

Excellent recipe. I did what others recommended here and added more curry, and added turmeric, cumin, cilantro, triple the garlic, red pepper flakes and substituted a yellow onion for the scallions.
It turned out like the Indian food I ate as a child

very good. used red curry paste in place of powder. pleseantly warm taste, not too spicy. good portion size, enough for a few lunches during the week.

Love this recipe! It’s my go to for lentils! Works great for dinner or meal prep!

not bad. like others have said, very basic/bland if not adjusted to taste. i increased the amount of lentils and added more thyme, more potato, a bay leaf, more cumin and more curry powder, oregano and small can tomato sauce. came out with nice deep flavor and husband enjoyed despite no meat. :)

This recipe tastes so great!! I added a few more typical Indian spices to add to the flavor and used red onion instead of scallions.

Nice, relatively quick and easy recipe. Slightly on the plain side, but perfect for a quick mid-week meal.

Used green lentils and didn’t really follow measurements for spices I did it to my liking and it turned out great

Took a while to cook the lentils maybe because I was hungry. I didn't add more curry to my recipe since I'm Trinidad and love curry

Very tasty and flavorful even though it didn't have a lot of ingredients (which I liked). I would definitely make this again. Served this with crusty bread and it was a hit.

I found it a little too bland...added extra curry powder, mushrooms, spinach and coriander which lifted it.
