Was very tasty, some prep but worth it when it came to the end result- great recipe… will cook 👩🍳 t again

Fantastic! I added some mushrooms. For the topping, as I didn’t have any ricotta, I swapped in vegan feta and some creme fraiche and added some chilli. Would definitely make it again the same way.
