    Delicious! My hubby doesn't like cilantro so I substituted dried dill (one teaspoon) instead! I hadn't even sat down and to eat and he told me loves the salad! And so very easy since I used the pre-cooked beets from Costco (which are awesome themselves)! We both love beets and this was easy for a different week night meal side!
