Really well, I used some sriracha for the first time and that was very good.

I made it a little more on the spicy side and I added lime and cilantro to the rice but it was delicious!

Sooo delicious! I didn't have any red beans so I used white kidney beans. Also I didn't have any ancho peppers so I used chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. It turned out great.
