This was amazing! Restaurant quality, flavor felt like it had been simmering for hours. Will absolutely make this again!

It really is DANG
( they made me remove a baaad word 🫢) DELICIOUS !
I printed out this recipe along with another one. I’m not even going to try the other one !
My husband loved it as well. I wish I would’ve made 2-3 batches to freeze. I will next time.

I should try it with different beans next time such as navy/white beans. Use spinach if parsley not available.

So good, easy and yummy! I left out the bell peppers and it was still perfect

Make the rice in my rice cooker and grill vegan sausages separately on the stove or grill, then cut up and add in. Rest of it make in my deeper ceramic pan.

Omg I’m not even done cooking this right now but the simple taste test was soooo good I had to leave a revie. I used smoked beef sausage links and added a little bit of smoked paprika. So so good I highly recommend this recipe 😋

Wow. What a simple, yummy recipe for classic Red Beans & Rice! It’s so good that I accidentally used Kidney beans instead of Red beans and it was still delicious! Thanks, the whole family devoured it.

Great recipe! The only thing I did differently was to use dried beans that I cooked earlier in the day before preparing this recipe. The dish was a hit with the entire family. I'm definitely going to prepare it again!

Obviously don’t cook the rice till you are ready to serve but this is seriously a go-to for us!

Sooooo good. Like other reviewers, I found it creamy. I like VERY spicy food. To me and my family this had a good level of heat. You never want the hot sauce to be the only thing that you taste and it wasn’t. If you like your food milder, cut back on the hot sauce. It’s always easier to add more later. I wouldn’t change a thing.

though I put my own touch on the order in which I prepared the dish (like sautéing the rinsed beans in the pot with the peppers, onions, and garlic 1st before adding the meat, paste, and broth) came out thick and creamy, spicy and delish!! (my husband smoked beer brats fresh off the smoker instead of andouli)
kind of reminded me of my college days when i would add Nathan's hotdogs to a can of Bush's baked beans... although this is a way more sophisticated and flavorful dish than that! adulting at its best. will make again!

Very very good! I had never made a cajun dish but this one makes me want to make more of them for sure. I bought a pack of 4 andouille sausages and put all of them in here. It was the perfect amount of sausage and the spices went very well. I used slap ya mama cajun spice and some tabasco it was very good.

Absolutely delicious, I ate two servings the first night I made it for dinner! Left out celery and used jasmine rice instead of basmati, it was all perfect!

I loved this! The only changes I made was leave out celery (not my taste) and seasoned with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder. S&P to taste as it cooked. I found I used way more Cajun seasoning than called for. I cooked a serving of brown rice and mixed it on in!
