I was a little leery but it turned out wonderful! Husbands wants it in our regular dinner rotation! Quick, easy, and simple!

I used creole beans instead, and added sautéed onions, peppers, and creole seasoning. My fiancé loved it.

It turn out great I used Jiffy mix cornbread and I used 1 and 1/2 box and followed the instructions the same. Family loved it.
