This was really good! I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added a 32 oz. bag of turkey meatballs, so I increased the broth to 4 cups. I used fire roasted tomatoes, and a 15 oz. can of tomato sauce. I also added an envelope of mild taco seasoning, and doubled the garlic, basil, and oregano. Most albondigas recipes have potatoes, so I added a pound of cut up red potatoes. I made brown rice separately and put a 1/2 cup in each bowl, then ladled the soup on top. All the extras gave me 10-12 servings.
