- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. mayo (full fat, do not use Miracle Whip, it has added sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (I used 1 T Worcestershire sauce for chicken but when I used it on pork or beef I increased it to 2 T.)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
- 1 tsp. salt (or Veg-Sal)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic puree (or garlic powder)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika (preferably Hungarian paprika, It comes in a tin instead of a jar)
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. thyme (optional)

I've been using this recipe for years now. It never gets old and is always a crowd pleaser. I use all the ingredients except thyme. Tonight, i topped it with homemade basil pesto. It was so good!
