This recipe needs some help... some suggestions: first before you put curds in the batter put a light coating of flour on the curds to help the batter stick to the curds. Seconds don’t shake all the excess batter off let the excess drip off because it makes the coating too thin and it doesn’t hold the cheese in. Hope this helps! Mine turned out better and had cheese left on the inside rather than just empty shells of batter!
