Excellent! I’ve made this a couple of times, I change up the sauce since I can’t find chilies overseas.

I used lunch be oil, chicken stock, (1 cup) added green Chile ( 8 oz.) enchilada sauce to the dough. Constancy was like peanut butter worked out great.
