Really not good, the flavor was off (and I don’t think it was from the cauliflower, it seemed to be way too acidic from the tomatoes). Cauliflower wasn’t very tender and the whole dish was still quite juicy after cooking for 40 min. I might try adjusting the recipe to get a better result, but I also might just stick with my regular Mexican rice
