- 1/2 cup raw cashews (next time I might try raw soaked sunflower seeds to make it nut free)
- 6 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (most often in bulk foods sections of well-stocked grocery stores)
- 2 Tbsp. sweet rice flour (or cassava flour, or any gluten free flour really)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (or any starch)
- 2 tsp. garlic (granules or powder)
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (reduce if you don't like a smoky flavor, but it is a key flavor here!)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. Hungarian paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter (allowed, or butter substitute, or coconut oil)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or lemon juice, or more to taste)
