- 1/2 tsp. oregano

- 1 tsp. sea salt (or kosher)
- 4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. masa flour
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch cayenne
