- 2 tsp. coconut sugar (or light brown sugar/golden caster sugar approx – to taste)
- 30 mL Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur (or Baileys dairy free liqueur optional and to taste)
- 1 large marshmallow (or giant, per mug cut in half widthways = 2 snowmen)
- 4 dark chocolate (/dairy free chocolate drops for eyes, per 2 snowmen)
- 1 candy (orange, melt Per 2 snowmen, Or if dairy free, use orange writing icing/orange coloured fondant)
