- 1 cup nuts (mixed, raw, + seeds, I used walnuts, almonds + sunflower seeds)

- 3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked for 3 hours or more)
- 1/2 lemon (juice of)
- apple cider vinegar (tiny splash of)

- 3 Tbsp. water (2- ,filtered)
- 1 cabbage (leaves removed and cut into respectable taco shells)
- 8 chard (6- ,leaves,de-veined and cut into palm-size pieces)
- 1 avocado (ripe, cut into slices)
