The taste of these bars is beyond amazing. Far superior to any health bar you’re going to grab at the market. The only problem I had was the consistency. Mine turned out too wet to make solid bars, but I honestly think it was my own fault... I used two very large apples and that is where nearly all of the moisture is coming from. No doubt there are a couple of ways to fix this if it happens to you: add more dry ingredients until you get the right consistency or pop them in the oven at a very very low heat for a couple hours just to dry them out a bit. I’ll definitely be making these again. Excellent recipe. I’d rate it higher if I could.
