- 1 cup cashews (soaked 1-2h, soaking optional)

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup ice
- 2 cups rocket (arugula)
- 1/4 cup taco meat (Walnut, see above)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream (Cashew, see above)
- 1 Tbsp. spring onion (sliced)
