- 1 cup almond meal (I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter
- 2 cups medjool dates (pitted and soaked in boiling water for 2 hours)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup peanuts (scattered on top)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
