- 1 cup almonds (organic, rinsed with filtered water and drained)
- 8 medjool dates (or 2 cup dried dates)
- 1 cup pitted prunes (organic)
- 1/2 cup raisins (organic)
- 1/2 cup sultanas (organic)
- 1/2 dried apricots (organic)
- 100 grams figs (organic)
- 3 tsp. mixed spice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 lemon (zest of)
- 1 Orange (zest of)
- 1/2 Orange (juice of)
- 1/2 cup cherries (fresh, pitted and chopped in pieces)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or brazil nut flour if needed)
- 1/4 cup blanched almond (pieces, for decorating)
- cherries (Fresh, halved, for decorating)
- 1/2 paw paw (medium yellow)
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked, soaked for a minimum of 2 hours)
- 250 mL nut milk (almond milk or brazil nut milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped, or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
