- 1 cup dried figs (stems removed, can also used dried and pitted dates)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (blueberries, raisins, goji berries, or other fruit of choice.)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (decrease if an oily nut, like walnuts, are used)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup, not raw, just enough to hold together)
