- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (optional)
- 20 grams roasted hazelnuts (for a stronger Nutella taste, optional)
- 50 grams butter (cacao)
- 40 grams cacao powder (add more if you desire a thicker consistency)
- 25 mL maple syrup (grade A robust)
- 100 grams dark chocolate (or raw)
- 20 hazelnuts (roasted, or blanched)
- 140 grams roasted hazelnuts (chopped into small pieces)
