- 1/2 tsp. salt (flaky, such as Maldon, or 1/4 teaspoon fine sea or kosher salt)
- 1 Tbsp. pistachio oil (olive oil, or a neutral oil such as sunflower or grapeseed)
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios (shelled, coarsely chopped)
- 1 butter (scant cup, 3.5 ounces / 100 grams chopped cacao)
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder (or regular cocoa powder)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (I prefer grade A)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 tsp. salt (flaky, such as Maldon)
